Succession Planning

The demographics that call attention to succession planning among Ontario municipalities are well known. Baby-boomers that entered the workforce in record numbers during the 1970's and early 80's are poised to leave the workforce in record numbers. There are fewer people in the next age cohort to take the place of the greying boomers.
