Join us for this exciting mobile tour that will give you a flavour of the amazing people, businesses, and communities that are part of the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Reserve. We'll begin by enjoying lunch on the water as we cruise through the world-famous 1000 Islands with Rockport Boat Lines. Next, we'll tour the Village of Rockport to see the exciting revitalization efforts being spearheaded by the Rockport Development Group. Then it's off to the Town of Gananoque for a back-stage tour of the Thousand Islands Playhouse, and a discussion of how the community is integrating culture into its economic development strategy. And, finally, we'll visit Lower Brewer's Lock, where local food, art, and heritage are the focus of this picturesque stop along the Rideau Canal.
