Infrastructure Needs: How do we finance for the future?

Thanks to federal/provincial programs, most municipalities have been able to undertake major infrastructure rehabilitations, upgrades, and expansions over the past few years. But the more work that has been done shows how much more is needed. With the cessation of the infrastructure granting programs from senior levels of government, what strategies can municipalities use to continue to maintain these essential components of civilized life.
