Help/Information Desk
The Help/Information Desk is provided to assist you during the conference. It is located just inside the entrance to the Ambassador Ballrooms. Although the desk is open during most of the conference please be sure to take note of the hours as posted. The desk will provide a location for you to leave a message on the "Board" if you are trying to locate someone at OEMC or should your office call to leave a message for you.
If you are staying at the Ambassador Hotel and your office calls with a message it is automatically transferred to your guest room and you can access your messages through the hotel's voice mail system. If the message is urgent your office can call back and ask for the OEMC Help Desk. Your message will then be posted on the Board. Be sure to check this Board throughout the conference for any messages. If you are staying at another hotel the same procedure applies, just call the Ambassador Hotel and ask for the OEMC Help Desk.
The Conference Registration desk closes Thursday mid-morning and registration is then handled by the Help/Information Desk. Extra tickets for events can be purchased there. If you have not pre-registered for the Tour simply check with the Help/Information Desk and they will advise of availability.
