Make reservations directly with the Ambassador Hotel. A block of rooms have been reserved, but register early, the hotel sells out each year. It is recommended that you make your reservation with the Ambassador Hotel early as they sell out by May or earlier.

** Additional Exhibitor name badges can be purchased for $115.00 each. Name badges include all refreshment breaks, Wednesday and Thursday lunch, Wednesday evening reception (food and beverages) and Thursday breakfast.

A $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged. No cancellations after May 15th.
