The ballroom is the heart of the conference. Exhibit times are scheduled to coincide with key gathering times, including registration, reception, breakfast buffet and the walk around luncheon.

This is a high traffic area as delegates pass through the Atrium moving between hotel rooms, breakout sessions and the main ballroom. Also located in this area is the complimentary Neck & Hand Massage as well as the morning & afternoon refreshment breaks for all delegates.
