Exhibit Space 10’ wide x 8’ deep @ $800
Drapes Back and Side Drapes
Tables One 4' or 8' table. Two chairs.
Electrical 110 watt outlet @ $40 each
Meals and Events We provide two name badges (colour coded) for each booth. These name badges are your admission tickets to the Wednesday luncheon, evening reception, the Thursday breakfast and lunch and all refreshment breaks. Additional name badges (colour coded) which includes the above reception and meals are $107.00 per person.
Exhibit registration does not include business sessions.
Web & Print Promotion Your firm name will be listed on our web site with a hot link to your home page. Your firm name will also be listed in the Conference Guide.
Wireless Highspeed Internet Wireless high speed internet is available throughout the hotel including all meeting rooms and guest rooms. Technical support is provided by Data Valet.
You Provide
Display You are responsible for your own display, material and any other requirements.

Please note that set up and tear down must be completed within the posted hours. Early tear down is not allowed for safety reasons and as a courtesy to fellow exhibitors and conference delegates.
