Be sure to reserve your "complimentary" 10 minute hand, neck and shoulder massage by Registered Massage Therapists from Healing Hands located in the Atrium/Exhibit Area. This complimentary service is also provided on Thursday, September 11th from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Just a reminder. Don't forget to make your dinner reservation for "Taste of the Town". Choose from a selection of fine dining locations. We have some new additions this year. Be sure to check out the menus and restaurant advertisements located in the hallway outside the Ambassador Ballrooms. And, if you didn't have a chance yesterday to enjoy a complimentary hand and neck massage, be sure to reserve today!

'Fine Craft and Artisan Tour' - Meet the Artists of NGB Studios (working studios and galleries) Anglin Bay Pottery by Jane Thelwell, Potter duerst custom metal work by Stefan Duerst, Architectural Blacksmith/Metal Artist Cathie Hamilton, Artist and Painter Lindsey Fair, Beach Glass Jewellery/Art and Metal Smith. Enjoy a visit to the popular “James Keirstead Studio & Gallery” where you'll meet with Jim Keirstead and wife Robere. Last stop on your tour is the “Doner Studio at the Mill” known as the historic Washburn grist mill (1865) located on the Rideau Canal at Lower Brewers Lock, now home to Randal Doner, Metal Art Sculptor and wife Darlene, silver jewellery artist. (Please note because you are visiting working studios, casual footwear and clothing is recommended).

12:00 pm

Enjoy a relaxing lunch at the Harbour Restaurant conveniently located minutes from Historical downtown Kingston with a breathtaking view of the 1976 Portsmouth Olympic sailing site. Following lunch the Fine Craft and Artisan Tour continues.

4:00 pm to 4:30 pm Board your bus for return to the Ambassador Resort Hotel.
5:00 pm

“Taste of the Town” complimentary shuttle bus leaves the hotel for your selection of participating restaurants:

Olivea Italian Trattoria, Le Chien Noir Bistro, Windmills Café, Curry Original Downtown, The Greek Islands, The Grizzly Grill, Aunt Lucy’s Restaurant and JMs. Bus service runs on the half hour with the last bus leaving The Grizzly Grill at 11:30pm, stopping at each restaurant and returning to the Ambassador Hotel at approximately 12:00 midnight. Enjoy your evening!

Note: Bus leaves from the Hotel Front Entrance.
